Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mant Design, Muhammad Al Mousa, Kohlweg 10, 61462 Königstein im Taunus, Germany, Email: contact@mantdesign.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

Important Notice for Digital Products

Our products are digital goods (software plugins) delivered electronically.

By purchasing and downloading or activating the product, you expressly agree that:

  • The execution of the contract begins immediately after purchase
  • You lose your right of withdrawal once the download or activation has started

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if:

  • The performance has begun, and
  • You have expressly consented to the beginning of the performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and
  • You have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal

(Legal basis: § 356 (5) BGB)

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been activated or downloaded.

However, refunds may be granted voluntarily in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved
  • Incorrect or duplicate purchases

Each case will be reviewed individually.

Subscription & Renewal

If you purchase a subscription:

  • The license is valid for the selected billing period (e.g., 1 year)
  • Renewal terms will be clearly displayed at checkout

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
